📋 Description

• Overall responsibility for the food & beverage locations at Berlin Brandenburg Airport (BER) • Strategic management and development of site-specific business strategies • Lead a management team and develop talent • Ensure smooth operations in compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements • Collaborate with HR, Finance, Quality Management and other central departments • Identify operational potential and market and guest trends to improve offerings, processes and profitability

🎯 Requirements

• Solid leadership experience in a comparable role — e.g., as General Manager, Multi-Unit Manager or Site Manager in chain restaurants, retail or the service sector • Proven ability to manage complex operational structures and lead multiple teams simultaneously — decisive, present and results-oriented • Business administration training or degree with comprehensive expertise in budgeting, controlling and process optimization • Use of numbers as a tool for strategic decision-making — analysis and management based on relevant KPIs • Entrepreneurial mindset and solution-oriented approach • Flexibility, resilience and on-site presence • Experience collaborating with central interfaces such as HR, Purchasing, Quality Management or Finance
