📋 Description

• Maintain and update fleet management software (creation and management of vehicle and driver data) • Organize and coordinate vehicle orders, handovers, returns, and transfers • Prepare data and support reporting/analysis (KPIs) • Support process implementation and process optimization • Perform factual invoice verification and forward for approval • Communicate with suppliers and service providers as required, and maintain/manage contract documents (e.g., lease agreements, purchase invoices) • Assist in ensuring compliance with statutory requirements (e.g., vehicle inspections/MOT, safety inspections, driver's license checks) and handle regulatory fines, insurance documentation, and damage/claim reports

🎯 Requirements

• Completed commercial or technical vocational training or degree (e.g., business administrator/Fachwirt, automotive clerk, logistics specialist) • Ideally additional qualification as a fleet manager • Professional experience in fleet management • Analytical, structured working style • Good numerical skills • Confident user of MS Office (especially Excel)
