📋 Description

• Motivating, leading, training and team-building • You continuously develop and refine the product range and the restaurant menu • You keep a close eye on operations: compliance with workflows, legal requirements, and Casualfood standards • You are experienced in creating staff schedules, conducting inventories, and you inspire people about Casualfood!

🎯 Requirements

• Completed vocational training in gastronomy or an equivalent qualification • Experience as an outlet manager or restaurant manager, with demonstrated leadership skills • Confident presence and fluent communication in German and English
