📋 Description

• Intensive onboarding into internal company structures and processes with the goal of taking on a central leadership role in the near term • Leading participation in strategic and operational projects as a junior project manager and future leader in project management and corporate development • Close collaboration with executive management and the owning family • Cross-functional work: IT, Procurement, HR, Marketing, Logistics, Real Estate, and more

🎯 Requirements

• Above-average university degree (Business Administration, Economics, Law, Business Informatics, Computer Science, Engineering, Psychology, Social Sciences, etc.) • Strong analytical skills and interest in strategy, projects, project management, and corporate leadership • Entrepreneurial mindset and a pronounced hands-on attitude • Clear ambition to develop toward executive/top-management roles
