📋 Description

• Strategy, projects and real responsibility • Intensive onboarding into the company’s internal structures and processes with the aim of taking on a central leadership role in the short term • Leading participation in strategic and operational projects as a Junior Project Manager • Close collaboration with management and the owner family • Cross-functional work: IT, Procurement, HR, Marketing, Logistics, Real Estate and more

🎯 Requirements

• Degree with above-average academic performance (e.g., Business Administration, Economics, Law, Business Informatics, Computer Science, Engineering, Psychology, Social Sciences, etc.) • Strong analytical understanding and interest in strategy, projects, project management and corporate leadership • Entrepreneurial mindset and a pronounced hands-on mentality • Clear ambition to develop toward executive/top-management roles
