📋 Description

• You motivate, train and empower your team — you act as both a mentor and a role model. • You bring fresh ideas to our menus and product ranges and ensure we stay one step ahead at Berlin Brandenburg Airport (BER) in Schönefeld. • Whether it’s workflows, legal requirements, or our Casualfood standards — you make sure everything runs like clockwork. • Scheduling, inventories and an eye for detail are part of your repertoire as an Outlet Manager (m/f/d). • With your personality you captivate both guests and colleagues — at BER you are the hub of the operation.

🎯 Requirements

• Completed vocational training in the hospitality industry or an equivalent qualification? • Do you have experience as an Outlet Manager (m/f/d) and have successfully led your team? • Do you enjoy being part of something new and taking initiatives? • Is communicating in German and English no problem for you? • Are you a team player who pitches in and supports your team with advice and action? • Organizational talent, flexibility and openness to new challenges come naturally to you as an Outlet Manager (m/f/d)?
