📋 Description

• Perform scheduled maintenance visits at customer locations • Conduct visual and functional inspections of our systems according to checklists • Replace standard components (e.g., switches, housing parts, antennas) • Document completed work • Communicate with customers in a friendly and solution-oriented manner • Collaborate closely with the service team for technical inquiries or escalations

🎯 Requirements

• Completed training in a technical or trade field (e.g., electronics technician, mechatronics technician, plant mechanic, automotive technician, or similar) or equivalent professional experience • Manual dexterity and enjoyment of structured work • Reliable and independent working style • Friendly demeanor and customer-oriented communication • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record • Good English skills in speaking and writing (for technical documentation and team communication). German skills are desirable but not required • Thorough onboarding in our products and applications is a given • Career changers with technical understanding and manual skills are welcome
