• Provide technical and advisory financial and accounting due diligence services to private equity clients and companies. • Actively manage projects by driving timelines forward, conducting frequent team check-ins, managing project budgets, and review of project analyses, issues and deliverables. • Manage multiple engagements and teams at a time. • Support team members through their performance of complex analyses, including analysis of cash flows, quality of assets and earnings, operating and profitability trends, working capital and identification of potential liabilities and risks. • Drive internal proposal processes, including team communication and proposal preparation. • Play an integral role in developing relationships with current and prospective clients, identify market opportunities and articulate our value proposition. • Drive consistency in process, analyses, and conclusions across projects, clients, and industries. • Provide technical, due diligence and deal-related expertise and guidance to project teams (e.g., technical accounting, QofE adj., NWC, SPA review, complex analyses, etc.). • Serve as a reviewer throughout project execution and prior to project delivery. • Execute on initiatives to enhance delivery processes, methodologies, and tools.
• Bachelor's degree • 10 years of experience in public accounting or related field • 10 years supervisory experience • Must have active CPA or equivalent certification • Ability to manage deadlines, work on multiple assignments and prioritize each assignment as necessary • Proficient use of applicable technology • Demonstrated ability to communicate verbally and in writing throughout all levels of organization, both internally and externally • Proven high level of business integrity, client service and leadership skills • Must be able to travel based on client and business needs
