📋 Description
• Assist customers by phone, email, and chat with product inquiries, purchases, deliveries, returns, refunds, and general support — primarily in French (with English when needed)
🎯 Requirements
• EU citizenship required • French C1+ • English B2+ • Basic PC skills • Strong communication and multitasking skills • No experience required (customer service experience is a plus)
