📋 Description

• Deliver exceptional service via phone, chat, and email to Italian-speaking viewers • Provide technical support and guidance on software functionality, system configuration, and network settings • Assist with account access, subscriptions, application use, and content-related queries • Handle complaints with empathy, professionalism, and efficiency • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-ups using internal tools • Represent the brand with enthusiasm, clarity, and care

🎯 Requirements

• Fluent Italian speaker (C2/native) and strong English (minimum B2) • Strong communication and active listening skills • Problem-solver with a customer-first attitude • Tech-savvy with basic troubleshooting knowledge • EU citizenship or valid work permit to work in Portugal • Good internet connection and quiet workspace at home
