📋 Description

• Act as the first point of contact for travelers across the full booking lifecycle • Support customers via phone, email, and chat • Handle flight, hotel, and package cancellations and modifications • Process refunds, charge inquiries, and payment clarifications • Assist with existing reservations • Handle travel-related complaints and service recovery • Support partner/extranet accounts • Respond to reviews and information requests • Support customers primarily in German, with English overflow based on daily demand • Complete onboarding on travel systems, booking flows, and customer scenarios • Participate in continuous coaching and quality feedback

🎯 Requirements

• German: C1 or native-level fluency (mandatory) • English: B2+ for training, tools, and overflow support • Ability to support customers primarily in German, with English overflow depending on daily demand • Successful completion of German and English language assessments • Availability for rotational shifts Monday–Friday and weekends • Availability during service hours of 08:00–00:00 • Willingness to work from anywhere in Greece • Customer support via phone, email, and chat • Experience or interest in travel-related problem solving, customer interaction, and fast-paced international environments
