📋 Description

• Proactively identify and target large-scale, multi-site, and national construction clients • Develop relationships with key decision-makers across operations, procurement, HR, and executive leadership • Lead the full sales cycle from prospecting through contract execution • Collaborate with recruiting and operations teams to deliver scalable staffing solutions • Expand existing CCS customer accounts by increasing spend, project penetration, and geographic coverage • Act as a trusted advisor on workforce planning and labor strategy • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities across trades and regions

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in a long sales cycle, B2B environment • Proven ability to hunt new business and grow existing accounts • Demonstrated ability to hold executive-level conversations and influence senior decision-makers across operations, procurement, and executive leadership • Ability and willingness to travel nationally 40–60% based on client needs, project schedules, and business development activities
