📋 Description

• Develop and maintain core technology systems built on Unreal Engine • Propose and implement solutions for the performance and scale demands of a large open-world game • Cooperate with Epic to share ideas and advance the technology • Create technology for a game delivering memorable player experiences • Work across disciplines to meet stakeholder needs • Create tools and data pipelines for a massive world with minimal performance impact • Proactively maintain clear communication and ongoing relationships with power users • Guide the project in building technology for the new Witcher saga and future games • Work on streaming solutions, editor tools, physics engine support, and engine-level optimizations

🎯 Requirements

• Significant Unreal Engine experience, specifically in one or more of streaming, memory systems, physics, or world-building tools • Extensive experience with C++ • Relevant game development experience, including experience working on a AAA title • Experience developing for PC and consoles • Experience with multithreaded programming • Strong system architecture skills • Ability to debug and optimize code • Collaborative mindset, clear communication skills, and ability to build trusted relationships across teams • Experience with custom game engine development is nice to have, not required
