• Manage inventory for physical stores and e-commerce, aiming to reduce stockouts without creating excess inventory; • Report and monitor replenishment KPIs, identifying opportunities for improvement and increased performance; • Analyze inventory using historical demand and forecasts, considering seasonality and promotions; • Prepare inventory for seasonal periods, monitoring sales accelerations and mitigating stockouts; • Replenish physical stores and e-commerce by aligning sales performance and stockout indicators with commercial strategy; • Evaluate variances and investigate root causes of replenishment issues, and develop and execute consistent action plans; • Serve as the focal point for replenishment matters related to the assigned categories;
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields; • Availability to work in Alphaville – Barueri (SP); • Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills; • Experience in Supply/Replenishment/Allocation; • Knowledge of Supply Chain is desirable.
