📋 Description
• Deliver telecommunications services projects from inception through closure using established project management methodologies and contractual requirements. • Lead project handover activities, validate scope of work against sales orders, and develop detailed project schedules and work packages. • Identify project risks, develop mitigation plans, and conduct complexity reviews with key stakeholders. • Manage project scope, schedules, hardware delivery tracking, resource planning, and change order processes. • Drive customer communications, status reporting, governance reviews, escalations, and stakeholder alignment. • Coordinate engineering, installation, testing, and Ready for Service activities to achieve quality and deployment objectives. • Achieve project financial targets, revenue forecasts, acceptance milestones, and project completion requirements. • Prepare and update project documents including schedule, risk register and governance as per project management methodologies. • Maintain organisational tools as required for compliance and monitoring.
🎯 Requirements
• Technical degree in a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. • 10+ years of telecommunications industry operational experience and/or project implementation experience. • 8+ years in a lead role within Professional Services and/or participation in medium-to-large-scale projects. • PMP certification preferred and required within one year of hire. • Utilization of Microsoft Office applications including Project, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
