📋 Description

‱ Develop and implement strategic regional account plan ‱ Support local operation to increase sales funnel ‱ Lead and replicate success strategies in different verticals ‱ Responsible to meet/exceed sale orders target ‱ Help Service Provider to generate revenue and value ‱ Address commercial and strategic customer concerns ‱ Interface with numerous disciplines including Engineering, Planning, Sales, etc ‱ Drive new business for Ciena Portfolio ‱ Oversee and coordinate all internal teams and departments ‱ Create a product need in each market sector ‱ Travel frequently to meet clients and attend meetings as required

🎯 Requirements

‱ Strong sales and partner management background ‱ Strong account strategy across Brazil, Argentina, and Chile ‱ Experience with service providers, systems integrators, and carrier of carriers ‱ Knowledge of IP Technology, SDN, Optical transport, and Data Center sales ‱ Familiarity with AI capabilities ‱ 4-year minimum Technical Degree - Business Degree or Relevant Equivalent work experience, MBA preferred ‱ 7+ years in sales leadership position ‱ 10+ years hardware, software, and/or service sales to service providers
