📋 Description

• Responsibility for the economic success of the business unit with approximately 80 employees. • Proactive management of the area with continuous attention to market developments and current trends. • Technical orientation and further development of the business unit, taking into account a sustainable and cross-departmental corporate strategy. • Professional and disciplinary responsibility for your employees; supporting and challenging them in the fulfillment of their tasks. • Monitoring and controlling the results of the project portfolio. • Acquisition of new, innovative projects and development of a sustainable customer management system and network. • Responsibility for qualitative and quantitative personnel planning of the business unit and building expert teams. • Technical execution of orders within the business unit. • Ensuring timely interim and final billing as well as invoicing until payment is received. • Occupational safety and quality management in accordance with the VINCI Group requirements. • Monitoring schedules, costs, capacities, work quality and results.

🎯 Requirements

• Degree in civil engineering, electrical engineering, energy or utility network construction, or a comparable background/degree. • Several years of professional experience in construction-related project business. • Several years of solid technical and disciplinary leadership responsibility. • Entrepreneurial mindset, team player, confident, service-oriented, resilient, decisive and strong communicator. • Proven experience independently acquiring new clients and projects, negotiating proposals and closing contracts. • Several years of cost-center and Profit & Loss (P&L) responsibility in productive project business. • Good knowledge of MS Office; experience with SAP is an advantage. • Fluent German language skills, both written and spoken; English is welcome.
