📋 Description

• Deploy, configure, upgrade, and support software solutions in customer environments • Validate pre-deployment readiness and perform post-deployment verification • Collaborate with Agile development teams and internal stakeholders on secure, scalable technical solutions • Serve as a technical point of contact for customers during deployment and onboarding • Troubleshoot application, infrastructure, networking, and cloud platform issues • Implement and maintain environments using automation, configuration management, and infrastructure-as-code practices • Develop deployment guides, runbooks, installation procedures, technical documentation, and architecture diagrams • Participate in incident response, root-cause analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives • Provide Mobile Forensic activities in the Cellebrite lab and/or at customer sites • Support customers primarily across the DACH region and other EMEA countries as needed • Travel up to 75%

🎯 Requirements

• Professional fluency in English and German • Proven experience with Linux/Unix and Windows system administration • Networking fundamentals, including TCP/IP models, HTTP, DNS, firewalls, VPNs, routing, and secure connectivity • Experience with virtualisation environments such as VMware, Nutanix, or Proxmox • Strong security and cryptography knowledge, including encryption, PKI, certificates, key management, TLS/SSL, SSH, and IPSec • API-based integrations using REST/SOAP and webhooks • Experience with API tooling such as Postman and Swagger • Container and orchestration technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes • Scripting or programming experience with Python, Bash, PowerShell, or SQL • Hands-on cloud experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP • Minimum 2 years of experience in Deployment Engineering, DevOps Engineering, or a related technical role • Minimum 2 years of system administration experience in Linux/Unix and Windows environments • Minimum 2 years of networking experience in enterprise or customer-facing environments • Experience delivering solutions in regulated or government environments preferred • Experience supporting high-availability, always-on services with defined service-level expectations preferred • Ability to train/onboard end users post-deployment preferred
