• Manage an individual book of business consisting of our top strategic accounts, with an emphasis on building long-term relationships and account growth • Identify and implement opportunities for cross-selling and new business within the existing customer base • Ensure timely delivery and communication according to the customer's needs and objectives • Ensure customer retention and prevention of churn across the customer base • Track various KPIs and performance metrics • Become a go-to expert on our product offerings, platform, and processes
• 4+ years of experience in an account management role • P&C insurance industry experience • Experience managing a team • Proficiency with Salesforce and Excel • A critical thinker with strong problem-solving skills • Exceptional time management, organizational, and communication skills • Ability to take ownership of your work
