• Support one of our largest global strategic accounts • Serve as the primary point of contact for day-to-day operations • Ensure seamless execution, proactive communication, and high-quality client service • Build strong working relationships across the customer’s organization • Identify opportunities to improve processes and drive incremental growth • Partner internally to deliver effective, timely solutions • Optimize daily operations and support long-term account success
• 5+ years of Global Enterprise Account Management experience in the payments industry • Strong communication skills (interpersonal, verbal, presentation, written, email) and track record of creating and executing strategic account plans • Strong grasp of industry trends and competitive landscape • Familiarity and first-hand knowledge in fintech, banking or payments • Positive attitude, team player, adaptable, and resourceful • Technical aptitude with demonstrated ability to understand and explain complex technical concepts in a straightforward manner • Experience or familiarity with high-growth fintechs and financial services companies • Card Issuing and Processing experience
