• Leverages targeted geographic analysis to influence key decision makers for specialty drug prescriptions. • Focuses on increasing orders to CenterWell Specialty Pharmacy, resulting in increased prescriptions and revenue. • Manages a sales territory that includes CenterWell, a Humana-owned brand. • Builds relationships with front and back-office staff by conducting sales calls within the territory. • Provides staff education and information on options for patient use of Specialty Pharmacy medications.
• Experience responding to prospect emails, phone calls, and demo requests • Flexible, dynamic personality who works well in a team environment • Comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft Suite applications • Must be comfortable with being in the field 5 days/week within territory lines • Experience establishing communication and engagement with prospects with partnering business segments • Must live within the defined sales territory or willing to relocate at your own expense • Attendance at offsite team meetings, which could require flights and overnight travel • This role is part of Humana's Fleet Driver safety program • Previous Sales experience with documented success of meeting/exceeding goals • Self-motivation • Ability to analyze sales data & market trends to make effective business decisions • Experience utilizing Salesforce or similar CRM tool • Bachelor's degree -OR- Equivalent Experience
