📋 Description

• Define and implement automated testing strategies for web and desktop applications • Develop and execute functional, regression, performance, and compatibility test cases • Design, build, and maintain scalable test automation frameworks using Playwright or Selenium with C# or JavaScript • Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines such as Azure DevOps and Jenkins • Support and enhance internally developed automation tools and test infrastructure • Develop custom automation tools and utilities to streamline QA activities and improve testing efficiency • Evaluate QA workflows and address process gaps with fit-for-purpose utilities • Leverage AI and machine learning to automate repetitive QA tasks and improve productivity • Champion AI-driven testing tools to identify risks, improve test accuracy, and expand test coverage • Analyze automation test results using advanced analytics and AI-assisted reporting tools • Stay current with automation and AI-enabled QA practices, tools, and techniques

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field • 3+ years of experience in automation testing, particularly for web and desktop applications • Proficient in C# or JavaScript, with hands-on experience creating robust automated test scripts • Practical experience with Playwright, Selenium, or similar automation frameworks • Experience with Visual Studio, npm, and related test libraries such as Mocha or Jest • Familiarity with AI-assisted automation testing, including self-healing tests, AI-generated test scripts, machine learning-based test impact analysis, and visual validation with AI tools • Knowledge of CI/CD processes and test automation integration using Azure DevOps, Jenkins, or GitHub Actions • Understanding of QA methodologies, SDLC/STLC, and test automation best practices • Experience testing across multiple browsers and desktop platforms • Strong communication skills in English and Mandarin • Ability to work effectively in regional and cross-functional teams • Proactive mindset with strong analytical and automation problem-solving skills • Comfortable working in an Agile and fast-paced environment • Preferred: experience mentoring or leading automation testers • Preferred: enterprise-grade automation testing for large-scale or complex software systems • Preferred: strong programming skills with 3+ years of experience in C#, including custom test automation tools and frameworks • Preferred: Windows administration and PowerShell scripting • Preferred: designing and implementing automation frameworks • Preferred: API automation, performance testing, and security testing methodologies • Preferred: Azure DevOps for test management, pipeline integration, and CI/CD automation workflows • Preferred: integrating automation tests into CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps, Git, and Jenkins • Preferred: AI-augmented testing platforms and AI/ML techniques • Preferred: machine learning lifecycle knowledge, including data preparation, model training, validation, and deployment • Preferred: Responsible AI principles, including fairness, bias mitigation, and model explainability • Preferred: developing test plans and test scenarios • Preferred: automation testing strategies and execution in Agile or DevOps environments
