📋 Description

• Provide inbound and outbound customer service by phone, chat, and email, ensuring prompt, courteous, and solution-oriented support; • Prepare quotes for laboratory tests and vaccines, providing clear and accurate information; • Register and update patient records in the system, ensuring the accuracy and reliability of information; • Schedule home sample collection services and guide clients through the process; • Provide guidance on tests, preparation requirements, result turnaround times, and service locations; • Direct requests to the appropriate departments and follow up on the service flow as needed; • Contribute to the quality of the customer experience by following the institution's service processes and standards.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in clinical analysis laboratories, medical clinics, or other healthcare institutions; • Experience providing customer service via WhatsApp, chat, and phone; • Experience using the Shift system; • Knowledge of medical insurance agreements, authorizations, and related service procedures.
