• Own and exceed the Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) target for Central Europe • Build, coach, and empower a high-performing enterprise sales team • Represent Centric Software as a senior executive presence in the region
🎯 Requirements
• Native German speaker • 10+ years of experience in enterprise software sales • Proven ability to build and scale high-performing sales teams • Deep experience in PLM, ERP, or adjacent enterprise software markets
