• Active prospecting of land and development opportunities • Contacting and negotiating with property owners and partners • Registering projects and supporting feasibility analysis • Formalizing partnerships and managing ongoing partner relationships • Participation in site visits and strategic meetings
• Commercial experience, especially in prospecting or business expansion • Strong negotiation skills and experience closing partnerships • Knowledge of the real estate market is desirable • Proactive, communicative profile with availability to travel
