📋 Description

• Advise farmers and agricultural business owners on business formation, development, and succession projects • Provide legal advice on agricultural law, civil and commercial company law, and taxation • Draft legal documents, including articles of association, general meeting minutes, transfer agreements, and leases • Complete required formalities in compliance with legal requirements and deadlines • Conduct interviews, consultations, and analyses, then formalize the solutions adopted • Collaborate with the accounting, business advisory, wealth management, environmental, and tax teams • Monitor regulatory developments • Manage engagement letters, invoicing, and debt collection • Travel within the Côtes-d’Armor department

🎯 Requirements

• At least seven years of successful experience in an advisory role working directly with farmers and agricultural business owners • Strong foundation in law and taxation • Excellent listening, analytical, and summarization skills • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to adapt to a wide range of internal and external stakeholders • Well organized and autonomous in managing cases • Ability to work effectively as part of a team
