• Develop engaging and effective learning experiences for the organization • Analyze learning needs and performance gaps to inform instructional strategies • Design curriculum, courses, and learning materials using adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies • Create multimedia content including e-learning modules, videos, interactive activities, and assessments • Collaborate with SMEs, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams throughout the design process • Evaluate program effectiveness and make data-driven improvements to learning outcomes • Stay current with emerging technologies and trends in learning and development
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Education, or related field • 3+ years of experience in instructional design or learning and development • Proficiency with authoring tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate) and LMS platforms • Strong project management skills and ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Experience with adult learning theories and instructional design models (ADDIE, SAM, etc.) • Preferred: Master's degree in relevant field • Preferred: Experience with video production and graphic design tools • Preferred: Knowledge of accessibility standards and inclusive design practices
