📋 Description

• Lead multiple Credentialing Team Leads and oversee credentialing operations • Own client health as a KPI and drive credentialing performance metrics to meet SLAs and maintain quality • Identify and implement process improvements to improve efficiency, reduce errors, and increase automation adoption • Identify operational risks, develop mitigation plans, and ensure business continuity • Manage client escalations and resolve complex credentialing challenges • Oversee capacity planning, workload management, and capability-building initiatives • Partner with internal teams to optimize workflows and automation • Communicate updates and performance insights to senior leadership with data-driven recommendations • Own client communications and surface opportunities for improved outcomes and product enhancements • Establish performance expectations and coach Credentialing Team Leads • Track and report team metrics against company-wide OKRs • Cascade company-wide goals to team level • Conduct regular 1:1s with Team Leads • Identify attrition risks and develop retention strategies • Foster collaboration, engagement, and a high-performance team culture • Implement coaching, recognition, and career-development best practices

🎯 Requirements

• Leadership experience in a high-volume operations environment • Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyse performance trends and implement improvements • Experience managing multiple team leads and scaling operational teams in a fast-growing environment • Exceptional organizational and proactive problem-solving mindset, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities • Knowledge of credentialing processes, provider data management, and healthcare compliance • Legally authorized to work in the country where the role is based • Comfortable working US hours (EST), 5:00 PM–2:00 AM IST • Experience with Healthtech • Experience with Credentialing
