📋 Description

• Lead, coach, and develop a large configuration team completing high-volume, technically complex work for multiple partner implementations • Build and maintain a capacity model to forecast team workload and identify over-allocation • Assign and balance work based on skill level, task complexity, and partner priority • Onboard new team members using a documented training plan • Set performance expectations, conduct regular one-on-one meetings, and report team gaps and development needs to leadership • Own configuration timelines and due dates for active implementations • Identify delays, dependencies, and risks; reduce them and escalate with recommended solutions • Track and report cycle time, throughput, rework, and on-time completion metrics • Coordinate with Implementation Managers, Engineering, and Product to sequence work and remove blockers • Define, document, and improve configuration processes, including intake, prioritization, peer review, validation, and handoff • Standardize repeatable work using templates, checklists, and automation • Facilitate retrospectives and convert findings into documented process changes • Build clear, accurate reports for leadership • Build stakeholder trust through accurate status reporting and reliable delivery • Act as expert user of Jira and Confluence, including workflows, custom fields, automation rules, JQL, filters, dashboards, and space setup • Define and enforce Jira ticketing standards • Maintain Confluence as the team's single source of truth with process guides, runbooks, standards, decision logs, and onboarding material

🎯 Requirements

• BS/BA in a technical field such as Computer Science, Engineering, or Information Systems, or equivalent experience • 7+ years in technical project management, delivery management, or technical operations, including 3+ years managing a team of 10 or more people • Expert-level Jira and Confluence administration, including workflows, automation, JQL, dashboards, and space setup • Experience leading a distributed team across multiple time zones • Strong written and verbal English communication, including the ability to write a clear status report for senior leadership • Willingness to work hours that overlap U.S. Eastern Time, and to complete hands-on work alongside the team when needed • Experience with Online Banking platforms, Loan Origination Systems, or consumer lending and deposit products • Experience working with credit unions, banks, or fintech partners on implementation or onboarding
