📋 Description

• Support the definition and maintenance of the product roadmap for products under parallel development; • Support the strategy for sequenced rollout of software releases; • Plan release deliveries for deployment; • Support product backlog prioritization; • Assist coordinators in project planning, execution, and control; monitor sprint progress to ensure commitments are met for schedule, cost, and quality.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in the application domain and in software development; • Strong analytical skills and experience in risk management, estimation, planning, and decision analysis; • Presentation, communication, and negotiation skills; • Demonstrated leadership and ability to foster team spirit; • Time management and triage skills, with a track record of making sound decisions quickly under stress; • Strong interpersonal skills and sound judgment in personnel selection; • Be objective in defining and evaluating work, ensuring the entire team participates in co-creating plans; • Aim to add value to the product so that it meets the expectations of the business owner and the customer; • Knowledge of project management; • Knowledge of the following frameworks/practices: • Scrum; • SAFe; • Lean Kanban; • Lean Startup; • Project Model Canvas.
