📋 Description

• Managing several language-related projects simultaneously. • Ensuring projects are delivered on time, meeting quality expectations and within scope. • Helping teams be clear on scope and expectations of clients. • Keeping clients informed about project progress. • Planning, executing, and monitoring projects using project management tools. • Maintaining and creating project schedules and timelines. • Monitoring project progress on challenges and successes. • Maintaining project documentation using document management software. • Preparing quotes and invoices using project management software and accounting software. • Ensuring adherence to company standards and procedures in project management. • Identifying errors and areas of improvement.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as business, management, or language studies. • 2 or more years of experience in managing localisation projects. • Essential fluency in English. • an additional language would be advantageous. • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and work under pressure to meet our clients' needs and achieve our business objectives.
