📋 Description

• Develop and maintain the systems testing strategy • Create and maintain test scripts, artifacts, and scenarios • Monitor the development of requirements from conception through delivery • Take proactive measures to ensure tests are executed correctly • Support the implementation of quality practices throughout the development lifecycle • Validate deliverables produced by development teams • Plan and execute functional and non-functional tests as required • Map and update the applications’ critical paths • Support user acceptance and approval activities with business stakeholders • Drive continuous improvement in application quality in partnership with the Certification team • Ensure traceability among requirements, tests, source code, and other artifacts • Manage and generate test data, ensuring the availability of required datasets • Manage environments, including the creation, configuration, maintenance, and alignment of development and test environments • Contribute to higher-quality, more secure, and more efficient IT deliveries • Plan tests and produce essential documentation, including strategies, plans, test cases, scripts, test procedures, evidence, and test data • Create mocks, stubs, and simulators • Maintain system cycles, batch routines, interfaces, and test structures • Evaluate test cycle results and coverage • Log defects and link them to the relevant work products • Evaluate performance, conduct security validations, and identify vulnerabilities

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in test management and planning • Experience with test documentation • Experience with test automation, performance testing, and test execution • Knowledge of identifying common software failures and errors • Knowledge of tools for test management, defect management, bug tracking, automation, performance testing, test planning, and test execution • Knowledge of specialized tools for automation, performance testing, interface virtualization, and test data generation • Knowledge of acceptance, compatibility, regression, integration, functional, and non-functional testing • Knowledge of exploratory, connectivity, vulnerability, stress, and load testing • Knowledge of security practices based on OWASP • Knowledge of requirements notation in agile and traditional models • Practical experience with ATDD, BDD, and/or Specification by Example • At least one certification is required: IBQTS ATC, ALATS CBTS, or an equivalent/similar certification; CTFL; BSTQB CTFL-AT; or ISTQB Certified Tester Foundation Level – Agile Tester
