📋 Description

• Design and analyze business processes in collaboration with the Information Technology team to foster the understanding required for process automation • Support the definition and development of software architecture for systems, contributing to technical and architectural decisions • Provide support for key technical decisions related to project implementations • Assess the technical feasibility of solutions and identify, analyze, and mitigate technical risks • Participate in risk analysis and the definition of technical decisions, considering their impact on projects and the business • Guide and approve the planning and execution of the integration of different implementation elements • Develop and test software components according to established project standards, with a view to integrating them with more complex subsystems • Support the evaluation and creation of test components and strategies • Proactively monitor and define parameters and configurations for the use of commercial software in corporate environments • Issue technical opinions within the area of specialization, supporting teams in technical and business decision-making • Provide advanced operating system support and analyze issues related to technology environments • Analyze application performance across different environments, identifying opportunities for improvement and potential performance issues • Provide information security support, contributing to the protection of environments and systems • Guide the definition of technology architectures and solutions aligned with business needs • Support the selection of the most appropriate technologies for each development initiative, considering technical and business requirements • Work proactively, collaboratively, and independently, contributing to decision-making and problem-solving in highly complex environments, particularly in the banking sector

🎯 Requirements

• Extensive knowledge and proven experience in the area of specialization • Experience and knowledge in Information Technology and business processes • Knowledge of environments and systems related to the banking sector and their levels of complexity • Knowledge of software architecture and technology architecture definition • Experience analyzing business processes and integrating them with Information Technology solutions • Knowledge of software component development, integration, and testing • Experience with technical risk analysis, technical feasibility assessments, and solution definition • Knowledge of operating systems and advanced support • Knowledge of application and technology environment performance analysis • Knowledge of information security • Ability to support the selection of the most appropriate technologies for projects and development initiatives • Ability to issue technical opinions and support technical and business decisions • Proactivity and ability to work as part of a team • Ability to self-manage, make decisions, and solve problems • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with clarity, precision, and ease of understanding • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology; or a bachelor's degree in any field accompanied by a postgraduate certificate in Information Technology, with a minimum workload of 360 hours • Proven experience in highly complex projects in the banking sector (preferred) • Experience defining and evolving software architectures and technology solutions (preferred) • Experience integrating large-scale systems, components, and subsystems (preferred) • Knowledge of information security and technical risk management (preferred) • Experience analyzing and optimizing application performance across different environments (preferred) • Knowledge of commercial software, including parameter and configuration definition (preferred) • Experience evaluating and selecting technologies for new development initiatives (preferred) • Ability to act as an interface between business and Information Technology teams (preferred) • Experience preparing technical opinions to support decision-making (preferred) • Experience working in corporate environments requiring a high level of autonomy, proactivity, and decision-making (preferred)
