📋 Description

• Develop high-quality, high-performance, scalable applications using best practices and the latest generation of technologies • Provide technical leadership to multiple teams throughout the project lifecycle • Provide recommendations and roadmaps for proposed solutions • Perform design, debug, and performance analysis on solutions • Document and share best-practice knowledge for new solutions • Review and validate solution designs from other team members • Mentor teams while shaping the future of products • Produce technical design documents and conduct technical walkthroughs • Document and demonstrate solutions using technical design documents, diagrams, and stubbed code • Follow Agile best practices and actively participate in scrum ceremonies • Respond to and resolve production issues • Contribute to continuous learning and improvement of the team and codebase

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 12+ years of full-stack development experience on enterprise web applications • Minimum of 5 years of experience leading a development team • Proficiency in frontend development using React/TypeScript • Proficiency in backend development using Python or an object-oriented language • Fluency in AWS infrastructure for web applications, including API Gateway, Lambda, Cognito, CloudFront, and S3 • Proficiency in SQL and relational databases such as MySQL • Experience with object-oriented design principles and REST APIs • Experience with Terraform or other infrastructure-as-code technologies • Experience with Git and continuous integration environments • Experience with Jenkins, Azure DevOps, or AWS CodePipeline • Experience with frontend and backend unit testing methodologies • Proficiency with Agile SDLC methodologies • CFA designation with hands-on financial equity research experience is a strong plus • Excellent analytical and communication skills • Ability to train and mentor • Strong organizational and time-management skills • Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences • Ability to manage multiple projects, tasks, and deadlines • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or Engineering is required
