• Design and scale recruiting frameworks and processes • Lead and develop a team of Talent Coordinators, ensuring high performance and strong candidate experience • Own end-to-end recruiting operations (scheduling, workflows, SLAs, and process consistency) • Manage and optimise ATS (we use Ashby) and broader talent systems with People Tech, ensuring data integrity and usability • Build and maintain clear, scalable documentation and hiring playbooks • Design and improve recruiting processes to increase efficiency, quality, and scalability • Develop and maintain recruiting metrics, dashboards, and reporting for leadership • Partner with Talent Partners and hiring managers to improve hiring workflows and best practices • Identify and implement tools or automation to improve operational effectiveness • Evaluate and manage recruiting vendors and tools
• Experience leading recruiting operations or talent coordination in a scaling environment • Player coach mentality and ability to lead from the front • Strong systems mindset with hands-on experience managing ATS and tooling • Proven ability to improve processes and drive operational efficiency • Experience managing or mentoring team members • Data-driven approach with strong attention to detail • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, distributed environment • Based in Eastern or Central time
