📋 Description
• Play a key role in shaping and amplifying Chainlink’s voice across the blockchain ecosystem • Work closely with writers, designers, communications managers, and other stakeholders • Spot major trends, craft engaging narratives, and deliver content that educates and inspires the community • Take full ownership of social media strategy and execution across all major platforms • Plan, schedule, post, and monitor performance to ensure content resonates with the right audiences • Design and implement promotion strategies for high-profile events, launches, and campaigns • Stay ahead of platform updates, algorithm shifts, and emerging content trends to refine approach
🎯 Requirements
• At least 3+ years professional experience as a social media manager • Deep understanding of crypto and the wider blockchain industry • In-depth knowledge of Chainlink • Outstanding attention to detail and strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects with tight deadlines effectively • Expertise in messaging and positioning, competitive strategy, growth enablement, content development, research, and evangelism across key social media channels • Self-starter who truly enjoys working in a fast-paced, innovative start-up environment where change is constant • Strong writing, editing, and communication skills.
