• Responsible for the strategic oversight and hands-on management of the company’s marketing technology ecosystem. • Own and optimize Salesforce.com and HubSpot as the organization’s primary marketing and sales databases. • Ensure seamless integration between systems and the alignment of technology to the company’s lead management processes. • Oversee connectivity and reporting for social media platforms. • Lead marketing analytics initiatives, including dashboard creation and performance reporting.
• Bachelor’s degree required, master’s degree a plus in related field. • Minimum of 10 years’ experience managing enterprise-level CRM systems and marketing automation platforms. • Proven expertise in Salesforce.com and HubSpot administration, configuration, and optimization. • In-depth knowledge of data privacy legislation, including GDPR, CCPA, and related best practices. • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and technologies, including LinkedIn, Google Ads, Global Data, SciLeads, Hunter.io, and ClickUp.
