• Lead and define the Change.org Australia social media strategy, significantly growing the Australian Change.org social media channels with a focus on creating a diverse audience, and owning social KPIs including impressions, engagement, and new user acquisition. • Create timely, newsy short-form video content with viral potential for daily output on all social channels, with a focus on Instagram, TikTok and Facebook • Promote petitions across the political spectrum in an objective, journalistic style, maintaining Change.org’s position as an open platform • Develop and execute an influencer engagement strategy to support priority campaigns, and track and report on performance and conversion impact.
• 5+ years in a social media role, working in a fast-paced environment. • Experience in leading social media for a major Australian media outlet or campaign organisation, and growing it substantially, would be desirable.
