📋 Description
• Manage employee relations matters • Provide trauma-informed coaching and support to leaders • Collaborate with leaders to identify and implement solutions • Serve as a trusted resource for employees • Develop and implement HR policies and provide employment law advice
🎯 Requirements
• Over 8 years of progressive experience in human resources • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or a related field • Operational fluency in English and French (written and spoken) • Demonstrated understanding of the cultural context and history of Indigenous communities • Strong understanding of employment standards legislation and human rights obligations across Canada
