📋 Description

• Achieve established sales targets through B2B channel partners. • Develop and implement annual channel sales plans aligned with company strategy. • Manage partner relationships to ensure productive and successful collaboration. • Recruit, onboard, and train new channel partners to expand market reach. • Provide ongoing sales training and motivation to partner sales teams. • Serve as the primary point of contact for all managed channel accounts. • Oversee partner agreements and ensure compliance with established terms. • Collaborate with internal teams (Marketing, Finance, Support) to ensure partner success. • Forecast sales performance and maintain accurate records within the CRM system. • Identify and develop new channel opportunities for business growth.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven professional experience in channel sales, preferably within the IT or software industry. • A strong track record in sales team development and management. • Experience leading local market efforts is a significant advantage. • Familiarity with software licensing models and B2B sales practices. • A background in the AEC (Architecture, Engineering, Construction) and/or M&E (Media & Entertainment) industries is a plus. • Knowledge of CAD, BIM, 3D design, or visualization tools is beneficial. • Language: Professional working proficiency in Spanish and Portuguese, and fluency in English are mandatory. • Technical Proficiency: Proficiency with CRM tools (Salesforce preferred) and BI tools (Power BI preferred). • Familiarity with order processing systems and Google Apps. • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building capabilities. • Highly organized with strong time management and planning abilities. • A customer-focused and collaborative team player. • Must be willing and able to travel up to 20% of the time.
