• Partnering closely with senior leadership to understand hiring needs and design tailored recruitment strategies across Software Engineering, Product, Data, and Infrastructure. • Managing full-cycle recruitment—from sourcing and screening through to offer and onboarding. • Building strong pipelines of engaged technical talent and nurturing relationships over time. • Helping improve processes, shape hiring culture, and contribute to employer branding efforts. • Using data to provide insights, track progress, and inform decisions at every step.
• 5+ years' proven experience recruiting across technical functions—Software Engineering, Product, Data, and/or Infrastructure. • Confident sourcing across a range of platforms, with a focus on quality and long-term fit. • Strong collaboration skills and the ability to influence and advise hiring managers. • A people-first mindset and a passion for great candidate experiences. • Previous RPO experience advantageous.
