• Contact patients to explain the CCM program. • Answer questions about the program and offer enrollment. • Manage the patient's enrollment process. • Ensure compliance with HIPAA and Medicare regulations.
• Exceptional B2C sales skills while employing active listening skills. • Cold-Calling in an outbound call center environment. • Meet productivity requirements established by the company. • Ability to accurately document call content and chart transcription with strong attention to detail. • Computer proficiency with the ability to learn new applications. • Ability to accurately type 40 words per minute. • High level of critical thinking and an ability to clearly articulate thoughts and ideas. • Outbound auto-dialer experience. • Familiarity with rebuttals. • At least 1 year of direct sales, enrollment, or collection experience.
