📋 Description

• Consult on, implement, and support media planning and buying products for clients • Configure, test, and deliver solutions to a high standard • Find practical solutions to user and team-member problems • Manage client project deliverables from initiation through completion • Provide consultation and support remotely and onsite • Conduct workshops to understand product fit with client requirements • Document product gaps • Build integrations with media platforms using API technology • Work closely with the product owner on design and development accuracy • Demonstrate products in client showcase sessions • Test products and report identified bugs • Conduct product training sessions • Conduct User Acceptance Testing and sign off completed product changes • Manage deliverables against deadlines, budgets, and the product roadmap • Contribute within departmental performance areas and support development of the team • Follow company and departmental processes and procedures

🎯 Requirements

• Good understanding of media planning and buying • Technical capability and natural aptitude for systems • Logical thinking, problem-solving mindset, and strong analytical skills • Ability to speak and write English clearly and accurately • Ability to explain technology in simple terms • Knowledge of customer service principles and practices • Ability to work under pressure, multitask effectively, and work independently to deliver on time • Strong administrative skills • Ability to use Excel, Jira, Outlook, and PowerPoint without training • Strong accountability and ownership • Good interpersonal skills and willingness to cooperate and work as part of a team • Strategic approach and confidence to voice innovative ideas • Permanent, reliable high-speed internet connectivity • Understanding of media planning and buying systems, including digital and traditional media, advantageous • Experience with digital media platforms and ability to plan and report on media activity advantageous • Familiarity with advertising and/or media industry advantageous • Understanding of financial concepts and bookkeeping processes, or experience with financial systems such as Pastel, Accpac, QuickBooks, Sage, SAP, Xero, or Microsoft Dynamics ERP packages, advantageous • SQL or database familiarity advantageous • Tertiary qualifications or online courses in accounting, information technology, or marketing advantageous • Previous experience working with Chase products advantageous • Consent to relevant credit and criminal screening and verification of educational qualifications and employment history
