• Führen qualifizierter Abschlussgespräche mit potenziellen Kunden am Telefon • Sicherstellung eines professionellen Übergangs vom Interessenten zum zahlenden Kunden • Bedarfsgerechte Gesprächsführung mit klarem Fokus auf erfolgreiche Abschlüsse • Sorgfältige Dokumentation und Nachverfolgung aller Kontakte im CRM-System • Aktive Mitwirkung bei der Weiterentwicklung unserer Beratungs- und Abschlussprozesse
🎯 Requirements
• Einer abgeschlossenen Schulausbildung oder einer vergleichbaren Qualifikation • Idealerweise erster Erfahrung im Kundenservice oder in einer ähnlichen Position • Sehr guten Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in Wort und Schrift • Ausgeprägter Serviceorientierung und einem freundlichen, professionellen Auftreten • Soliden EDV-Kenntnissen, insbesondere im Umgang mit MS Office • Teamgeist, Flexibilität und einer zuverlässigen Arbeitsweise
