📋 Description

• Conduct qualified screening/qualification calls with prospective customers using our dialer • Qualify and engage customers for a comprehensive consultative sale offering multiple tailored product solutions • Accurately document and follow up all contacts in the system • Actively contribute to the development and improvement of our advisory and closing processes

🎯 Requirements

• Completed commercial apprenticeship or equivalent qualification • Experience handling leads in the retail/private customer segment • Persistence and resilience in phone-based customer interactions • Excellent communication skills • Experience working with established corporate processes • Service-oriented with a friendly, professional manner • Ability to work in a structured, efficient and precise manner, even in a dynamic environment • Motivated to consistently achieve above-average results; driven by a passion for success and high performance • Team player with flexibility and reliable work habits
