• Extend the capabilities of Checkmk • Enhance the monitoring of technologies • Work closely with users to gather domain know-how • Collaborate with development teams for product features and releases • Handle 3rd level support tickets jointly with developers • Serve as a subject-matter expert for the product • Remain up-to-date with industry advancements

🎯 Requirements

• Strong technical understanding of IT infrastructure, data centers, and cloud services • Proven track record as a Product Manager/Owner, System Engineer or similar role in an agile software development environment • Interest to analyze product issues and dive deep into unknown areas • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • User-centered mindset • Result-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering high-quality products on time • Excellent communication skills in English
