📋 Description

• Conduct live instructional sessions for Data Analytics learners • Provide weekly video tutoring and on-demand tutoring support • Perform quality assurance reviews and maintain a minimum QA score of 80% or above • Deliver high-quality responses during live support interactions • Review mentor session content according to internal guidelines • Provide structured feedback on externally sourced academic content • Support students through on-demand video explanations and interactive Q&A sessions • Participate in community engagement initiatives • Identify learner knowledge gaps and escalate insights to Leads • Train and mentor MNEs during their first 90 days of onboarding • Provide ongoing process support to MNEs in daily academic activities • Collaborate with mentors and academic teams to improve instructional delivery quality • Suggest improvements to activity guidelines, internal processes, and learning workflows • Recommend curriculum updates and new course additions aligned with market demand • Monitor academic workload and recommend shift redistribution • Prepare reports on SME academic effectiveness, live support engagement, and quality • Curate emerging analytics tools, datasets, and workflows • Evaluate video support interactions, live lesson delivery, and tutoring responses against QA standards • Present insights and recommendations for process improvement and academic delivery effectiveness • Support instructional delivery frameworks, learner engagement strategies, and academic support quality • Help align curriculum with evolving data analytics industry expectations and hiring trends • Identify opportunities to improve learner experience across analytics learning pathways

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 3+ years of relevant industry and/or teaching experience in Data Analytics or related domains • Strong hands-on experience with modern analytics workflows and business data interpretation • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering, or related domains preferred • B.Tech / BE / BSc / MSc / M.Tech in a relevant analytics, statistics, mathematics, computer science, engineering, or related domain • Minimum 15 years of full-time education • Strong working knowledge of data analysis foundations, data retrieval and querying, data cleaning and preprocessing, exploratory data analysis, and statistical reasoning • Industry-level proficiency in SQL, Advanced Excel, Tableau, Python, and PostgreSQL • Working knowledge of statistical analysis, experimental design, hypothesis testing, A/B testing, and business data interpretation • Ability to communicate business insights, create dashboards and reports, build visual storytelling, and translate analytical outputs into recommendations • Hands-on experience with data extraction, data cleaning pipelines, dataset transformation, and structured reporting • Prior EdTech or online instruction experience is an advantage • Strong communication skills and ability to teach US-based learners • Experience conducting sessions using Zoom or similar virtual learning platforms • Strong organizational and time-management skills • Ability to explain complex analytical topics clearly without unnecessary jargon • Strong written and verbal English proficiency • Willingness to work rotational shifts and week-offs based on business requirements • Ability to mentor junior experts and contribute to academic quality improvement initiatives • Certifications in Data Analytics, Data Science, or Business Analytics preferred • Strong learner empathy, analytical explanation, business insight communication, dashboard review, live instruction, collaboration, continuous learning, and student coaching capabilities
