📋 Description

• Collaborate on impactful projects involving data visualization, data analysis, AI automation, and data curation with the Business Finance team • Partner with the Business Finance team on data and analysis strategy • Own assigned analytics initiatives end-to-end, from scoping through execution • Gather business requirements and present actionable recommendations at the executive level • Develop AI-assisted tools and automated workflows for data exploration, ad-hoc reporting, and forecasting • Mentor and develop peer analysts • Promote analytics best practices and data governance principles • Support project management, strategic decision-making, and long-term planning • Stay current with industry trends, AI, ML, and data analytics best practices • Independently own analytical problems from definition through recommendation • Build trusted relationships with business and finance stakeholders • Deliver measurable business improvements through analytics, experimentation, or AI • Reduce manual analysis through automation and reusable analytical assets • Improve decision-making through clear, evidence-based recommendations

🎯 Requirements

• 4–6 years of related work experience • Experience delivering a scalable AI or analytics solution that influenced a business decision, improved a process, or enabled stakeholder self-service • Intermediate SQL and relational database skills; Snowflake preferred • Strong proficiency with Python • Proficiency with Tableau and other BI/data visualization tools • Experience with enterprise data platforms including Salesforce and Excel • Exposure to AI-assisted analytical tools • Strong communication, stakeholder management, data storytelling, and executive presentation skills • Intermediate analytical and quantitative analysis skills • Experience with data governance best practices • Project management and organizational skills; Agile experience is a plus • Experience supporting an FP&A and/or Business Finance team in a fast-paced environment • Mentoring skills • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a quantitative, finance, computer science, statistics, informatics, or information systems field is a bonus, not required • Ability to work 6:00 pm–3:00 am IST, including a break • Must be located in and authorized to work in India
