📋 Description

• Analyze large and complex datasets using advanced Excel functions, Power Query, and SQL queries to identify patterns, trends, and insights • Interpret data and provide actionable recommendations to stakeholders • Develop interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI and Visier • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements and create customized visualizations communicating key metrics and KPIs • Design and implement advanced Power Pivot data models • Extract, transform, and load data from various sources into a centralized data repository using Power Query • Transform and cleanse data using complex formulas to ensure accuracy and consistency • Develop monitoring mechanisms to track performance and effectiveness of data analytics initiatives • Create advanced calculations and measures using Power Pivot • Identify improvement areas and suggest solutions to enhance efficiency and accuracy • Work with business leaders, data engineers, and IT professionals to deliver insights aligned with business goals • Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders • Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and data analytics best practices • Identify opportunities to improve data analysis processes and deliver impactful insights

🎯 Requirements

• 4–6 years of experience in data analysis and reporting • BA/BS degree and 4–6 years’ relevant experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience • Proficiency in Advanced Excel, including complex formula creation, pivot tables, and data visualization • Expertise in Visier and Power BI for interactive dashboards and reports • Experience incorporating Power Query and Power Pivot • Experience with Workday Reporting is a plus • Strong SQL skills, including data extraction, transformation, and manipulation • Understanding of data modeling concepts and experience with database management systems • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities • Strong attention to detail • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment • Proven track record of delivering high-quality, accurate, and actionable insights from data analysis
