📋 Description
• Engages prospective and current members through inbound/outbound calls • Owns and executes assigned acquisition, retention, and recovery campaigns • Maintains accurate and comprehensive documentation of member interactions • Supports campaign pilots and strategic initiatives • Meets or exceeds defined performance metrics
🎯 Requirements
• High School Diploma or GED required • Minimum of one (1) year of successful sales or customer service experience • Familiarity with Medicare Advantage basics, and senior-focused service delivery • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Outlook) • Experience with Salesforce CRM and other reporting software • Spoken and written fluency in English; bilingual a plus
